48+ Hours Notice
Free of chargeCancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours before your scheduled service are free of charge.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice
$50 feeCancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled job may be charged a $50 cancellation fee to cover lost scheduling time, travel preparation, and reserved availability.

No-Shows
Up to 50%No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the quoted job total.

Materials Already Purchased
$50 or material costIf materials or supplies have already been purchased specifically for your job, you will be required to pay $50 or the full cost of the materials, whichever is greater.

Important · Payment Terms
All cancellation fees are non-negotiable and must be paid by the agreed due date — typically within one week of the cancelled service. If payment is not received by that date, an additional late fee of $35 per week will compound onto the outstanding balance until the cancellation fee is paid in full.
